Job Description

Responsible for supporting HR strategies for clients globally by partnering with HR team members in a variety of focus areas. Opportunity to work on projects and tasks in the areas of talent management/development, training, employee engagement, change management, benefits administration, compensation, HRIS and other project management activities. Additionally, the role will be involved in all aspects of HR, supporting the development of programs and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Champion positive change in the organization by being an active HR contributor to help the HR business partners communicate company strategy and policy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers to address questions and concerns; responding with a sense of urgency.
  • Administration and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
  • Run and analyze HR reports to determine trends and communication needs.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee and manager training logistics, as well as organize and facilitate New Hire Orientation.
  • Conduct employee stay and exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to management for corrective action and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, maintain and execute employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Input critical updates in the Oracle EBS HR system such as new job titles, etc.
  • Create employee and manager communications based on business needs.
  • Manage international HR systems and invoices including but not limited to leave administration, benefits, vacation, etc., and create necessary employee letters / forms that are required.
  • Constantly identify ways to streamline processes and programs.
  • Assist with Performance Management Cycle including system support, communication creation, evaluation updates and training support.
  • Update and create relevant policies for country specific handbooks, and ensure they are accessible to all employees.
  • Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking administration, compensation assessments, audits, Affirmative Action Planning and HR administrative needs.
  • Maintains confidential employee matters, responding appropriately and representing the HR team and company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Provides back-up assistance to other HR team members, including Front Desk and Recordkeeping assistance as needed.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Regulatory Responsibilities

  • Manages in order to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory/legal requirements
