Job Description

The Marketing Associate will support Peripheral Vascular and help to drive growth and support the business needs within Thrombus Management. This will inlcude both upstream and downstream marketing activities. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product support gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Help build product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Help to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Help to provide feedback to engineering teams to aid in delivering with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Help to support product launches including working with Brand Management team, Sales, and other cross-functional team members
  • Help support promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
  • Attend and support company sponsored events such as trade-shows and commercial events, operations forecasting
  • Sales analysis for targeting, gap reports, market trends (ASP erosion, unit volume change), etc.
  • Work with Brand Manager to maintain current brochures (choose to obsolete, remove obsolete part numbers, execute a refresh)
  • Tradeshow execution – what to exhibit, workshops, advertisements
  • Be the marketing representative on smaller R&D and operational projects (SKU rationalization, DCAF, supplier changes)
  • Assist with social media strategy
  • Sales support, price management
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Regulatory Responsibilities

  • Manages in order to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory/legal requirements

QUALITY SYSTEMS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Individual Contributor - Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
